We are considered an out-of-network provider for insurance purposes. We can give you a "superbill" (which includes session dates, diagnosis, and fees paid) for you to seek whatever reimbursement your insurance company pays for "out of network" mental health services. We accept HSA, FSA, and HRA Cards so you can pay for therapy with pre-tax dollars.
If you do use insurance, please note that when you use insurance, you will need to be diagnosed with a mental illness. This diagnosis becomes part of your permanent medical record. This may or may not impact your future life choices such as employment, gun ownership, and eligibility for future insurance etc.
If you pay out of pocket, you will not receive a mental health diagnosis.

No. Currently, I am only able to work with individuals that are 18 y.o and up. If you have a child or adolescent that needs therapy, I recommend you go to psychology today and set the filter up to search for a therapist that is specialized in working with children in your child’s age range.
